Can anyone please check this order of HCG and Adex please

Do I ask my source for just 1 vial of adex at 30ml? and will this be enough to take .25mg EOD for 14 weeks?

Also when asking for HCG do I ask for 3 vials of 5000iu and will this be enough for 250iu EOD for 14 weeks?

Can u do math if not get a calculator do 250x14 find out how many mg are in the vials of adex

Well I thought I had worked it out, because I looked online at what size vials the shops online sell them at and I've seen adex at 30ml vials and hcg in 5000iu vials, so I'm presuming I just need to ask my source for 3x5000iu for hcg and 1x30ml for adex.

I was just wanting to make sure, was really hoping for a yes or no answer. Or if I have made a mistake then for someone to clarify.
