Thumbs down gyno reversal not going too well please help

hello i am attempting to use a letrozole protocol which was recommended by one of your BLUE members. I dont mean to be rude towards u guys but i would like ur help. you see i have been in the gutter the last 3 days and today when i was doing my benchpress i think i really f*cked up my shoulder. i went to urgent care and got some painkillers and have to see my doctor tomorrow. they said that i might have tore something dont know exactly what was in too much pain to even think about it. my gyno hasnt gone away under one of my nipples neither have been dragging ass at work and people ask me what the f is wrong. so sluggish is this the letro causing this? can the letro be a cause to my shoulder injury???????

Letro did not cause injury. You probably killed your E levels which is why you feel drained. What protocol did you follow and for how long?

If gyno is recent, try Tamox @ 40/20/20/20/20/20

Get bloodwork done with a sensitive E2 assay.

2.5MG- Staying at this dosage until my Gyno subsides, then tapering back down in the opposite dosage

I did this I am currently on 2.5mg but my gyno is not gone and my hips hurt really bad when i walk even when i am trying to sleep they hurt. I dont think i am going to the gym anymore. yes the gyno is recent. should I stop the letrozole ? please help, do you have experience with gyno? i dont think i have ever felt this bad in my life before and that is after the painkillers too

Yes. In the past. I used tamox, worked like a charm. I never used Letro for reversal, only as an AI, which is when I learned how careful you have to be with such an aggressive compound.

It's a matter of different people's preference. Plenty of people have used both methods to get rid of gyno. But the letro gyno reversal concept is outdated imo.........

Letro can rid gyno by lowering estrogen levels to almost nothing which makes you feel like you're describing.

Tamox and raloxifene rid gyno by preventing estrogen from binding to e receptors on breast tissue but don't effect your plasma e levels.

    I'd try the nolva........

AIs aren't the best for gyno reversal. You can use the AI bring elevated estrogen to normal range, but dragging it to 0 isn't the best. Nolva/Raloxifen are great. Austinite's protocol should have you set. Good luck!

Let me get this straight. You used Binos protocol which has worked for many others, (but not everyone, nothing ever does) and then tore a muscle in your shoulder while at the gym, and you're blaming this on a Blue member?

Don't be blaming "Blue" members on your side effects. Go re-read that thread and pay particular attention to my suggestions and comments to YOU. Wait a sec, you can't find any directed towards you? That's because they're aren't any, other than me saying, "good luck". You took it upon yourself in OKCity's thread, without providing details of your case, to start on your own. My advice has always been, 'Read it first and see if it fits your needs'. In other words, it's suggestion, not a command. And there are many ways to tackle gyno, its important to read, even if someone make a suggestion to you. Ultimately you are the one who is making the choice. You must take responsibility for that. Not blame others because they tried to help you.

The transparent truth is, some protocols work for some, and different protocols work for others. This apply to everything. If i take more than 100mg clomid i get blurry vision. NO way in hell am i doing more than that, ever. Yet there are others, just recently, who can handle as much as 300mg!

There are no etched in stone protocols that works for everyone. You have to read, get some suggestions, and CHOOSE one and run with it. Most of the time it will work, but if it doesn't, you don't start blaming others for your stupidity. Youre the one who got gyno in the first place. Perhaps you should have a better handle on your E2 levels - i know i do.

Anyway, this finger pointing is not going to resolve anything or help you in any way. I would make a suggestion, but im a little gun shy with you now.

I certainly hope youre feeling better, and get this figured out and taken care of, as soon as possible.

Reversing gyno typically only works if you catch it early on. If its been there for awhile I highly doubt any AI or SERM on earth is going to do anything for you. Something to keep in mind.

This is your answer. Get some ralox .
It is superior to all other serms like tamox and torem whenb it comes to bindiung to e receptor in brest tissue. 60-120mgs/day. Many do well with 60-80. It takes time. WHile u are taking the ralox take a milder ai than letro to MANAGE estrogen - not crush it. Take ai in am and ralox in pm before bed. FYI - gyno treatment studies clearly show it takes months for them to be effective.
    Best of luck.
