About to try something new and pin front delts tommorow, need some advice...
3 Injections in so far on my test e cycle, all have been side delt, want to try my front delt tommorow.
Any pointers? My plan of attack is using the same size needle 1.5 23gg to do it. Should I do it with my arms above parallel so my front delts sticking out? I also have a large shoulder vein i would particularly want to avoid pinning, however its a possibility...It'll be fine though right? The needle will just poke through it? I'm just hoping I dont hit some nerve and spaz out.

Any reason you're not hitting your glutes, quads? They're big muscles and they generally hurt less.

I do, it's just weird going to the difficult spots or smaller muscle groups before anything else taking advantage of the large injection sites.

I pin front delts. Usually can see the veins. Or I can pin between. No more than 2 cc for me

I dont like front delts because mine get way too tight after pinning. They really restrit my range of motion. Even a painful glute has never given me and issue while sitting. It is mainly any kind of squatting motion that hurts it

how do you guys pin it? with your arms raised or relaxed (like side delts).

A 1.5" 23 ga for delts. WTF! It's not your glutes! You do not need that long nor that size gauge. Drop to a 1" and up it to a 25ga. You'll appreciate it. Learn glutes and save your 1.5's for them.

I used to do quads but had a bad hematoma and infection that scared me away!

I pin everything but glutes are by far less painful, can take bigger shot volumes and impede you less in the gym. I can shoot 5.5 cc's in my glutes and do squats same day. Keep it high up by the belt line. I've done MENT cycles that were dosed at 50 mg/ml and have to be pinned every day. Add in some Test A/Masteron P and I'll tell you this much, you'll need to get creative with the pinning. If I was pinning Test E only twice a week I'd be pinning ONLY glutes!!!!
