please help me out
Im on my second cycle of test cyp. I inject twice a week 1000mg a week. Probably about to drop it to 600mg a week i was informed im probably wasting a lot taking that much. The test is going fine though thats not my question though. Im trying to decide what to stack with it. Ive had a lot of suggestions some say deca some say tren and some say winstrol . I can get anything though. Any suggestions?

DCL24 Seriously man this is a bad way to ask a question first off how much do you weight second what is your BFI? Also how many cycles have you been on prior to this cycle or is this your first cycle I personally would say you need to drop down to 500mg of test. Also What type of AI are you taking and whats you PCT Plan thanks for all this info age weight and height will be good also.

Im 5'9 165 lbs and i dont know for sure about body fat id guess anywhere from 8 to 10%. Im wanting to bulk and tone up.

5-9 165 lbs. second cycle? Your wasting your time and money. Your diet is not cutting it bud.
Would you mind listing your Tdee and everything you ate yesterday with macros?

Ok you must be very fit to be 8% thats what most Comp lifters want well dont take winstrol unless you are wanting to cut up more if you want to bulk I would go with 12 Wks 500 Mg Test 12 Weeks 250 Mg Deca 6 Weeks 250 Mg Dbol Thats my suggestion its what Im doing and im gaining bulk very very fast and happy with it but if U cant afford all that Go with Test And Deca. also youu gonna want to consume about 5000+ calories a day and find some nutrional help sounds like yours very very thin.

I just got started back in the gym like 4 months ago i had let myself get really small. Ive gained 15 lbs since ive been on the test. Trying to get back up there. Im definitely not 8% then. I measured my arms and stuff and put it in on the internet and thats what it said. Ive been leaning towards the deca . Ive kind of been wanting to stay away from the dbol because so much water weight and i heard you lose so much when you get off it.

DC. Spend more time at the gym so you can get your muscles working again. You can minimize the risk of injury this way. That will also give you time to get your diet fixed in our nutrition section.

nto it back in high school then got out of it for some years didnt have the time.

He's 21. Op you should do some research and check out the 24 and under forum page here.
We shouldn't be giving him advise to add deca to an already bad cycle.

DCL24 as a friend and a member of this forum I would recommend one year in the gym to show you have the dedication for this type stuff that its just not a phase you will do for a month and end up with gyno or other issues show your dedication in the gym then try your cycle.

I understand what your saying but ive got the dedication. I love being at the gym im not going to quit. I feel much better going and its honestly my favorite part of my day. I look forwa.rd to it as soon as i wake up every day. I appreciate the concern im not trying to damage my body thats why im getting info. Ive got a body builder friend at work that is helping a lot i just wanted some more opinions.

Bigger faster muscle gains. It makes you much more encouraged seeing big gains and changes in your body faster.

Yes i ate. I dont have the best diet im in a hurry a lot of the time but i do make sure to throw in food high in protien like eggs peanut butter ect.

Diet is 90 % of any cycle. That should be your number one priority
Nutrition section should become your new best friend.

Alright. I knew i had to work on nutrition. I have been making changes slowly. I have atopped drinking soft drinks and drink only water and milk every now and then. I appreciate all the tips everyone.

Swifto has a great thread on "growing into your cycle" you should take the time to read. 1000mgs is WAY too much for a second cycle. And at 165, aim to adjust the diet. Good Luck!
