    After YEARS on here still need some help here!!

    My brain is so overloaded its confused.. I am getting 2 different routes to my first cycle. One from a DR and one from a "pro".. but when I am doing research I come up with conflicting answers so i came here to you guys again for the right way to do this.

    "Pro" suggests:


    Weeks 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14

    Anavar , 50mg tab - daily 1 1 2 2 2 2 1 1 1 1

    Prop200, 10ml x2 weekly 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 1 1 1

    Masteron100, 10ml x2weekly 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 1 1


    no AI during cycle, HCG as PCT

    Dr is saying

    1 Test Cyp 200mg/Prop 50 10ml
    30 0.5 Anastrozole thoughout
    10000iu HCG throughout


    I am trying to get the schedule he has done for me. I had my BW done and my estro levels are a little high, test levels are a little above 600 everything else is good he also told me when I want to come off he will take me off with the proper pct.

    Thanks guys appreciate any help you can give me as I waited this long I want to make sure im doing this right.

    This is a mess.

    What are your intended goals? I could easily rewrite this for you but its important to know what your expectations are at the end of this cycle. You mat not need any mast. Or you may be better off with a short ester as opposed to a long one..or vise versa.

    I don't want to be "huge" just want to gain some solid muscle without any bloating, doing the shortest duration. I am 32

    I agree Bro this is a mess.Scrap it then read beginner cycles then read the Young and steroids .Just seems like you have a lot to learn.Do this before you start your cycle.Beacuse you can really mess yourself up.And sometimes its for life.Educate before you medicate.

    If this is your first cycle then why not stick with a Tes only cycle to see how your body reacts. From there you will build a solid base as to how your body has responded to give you some concrete data about yourself. Something like Tes E for 10 @ 250 mgs twice a week with an AI (l-dex @ .25 mgs Eod) is a pretty standard first cycle and there is a reason for it, because you can learn from it better than adding two or three compounds into the mix.

    I already read my man. Been on here since 03. Beginner cycles (to me anyway) are a base for the next. I'm not interested in becoming a bodybuilder, I would probably do 2 cycles at most. Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing on my first time around injecting. Thanks man

    I don't understand how you can be on here since 03 and have such little understanding of AAS.

    A beginner cycle is Test only with proper AI and PCT, it is all very basic.

    You really need to understand what your putting in your body and most important is diet and exercise.

    Without all the ingredients in place any cycle will fail to give the results your looking for.

    I'm asking for opinions on what I got suggested. I will go with what I feel In the end but like anyone else I like to have other people's experience help my decision. Everyone is against an anavar only cycle, I did it and had excellent results and loved it. So yes I could go with a " beginners cycle" but I read up a lot on prop and personally thought it would be better. Plus I suggested var because I liked the results and figured it would give me the hardness in the end instead of being bloated and shit then doing Another "cutting" cycle.

    Bloat has a great deal to do with diet. To say you will bloat on a Tes only cycle with a strict diet is hard to predict. I think you will probably hold a little bit of water with any form of Tes.

    You said it Buster Brown, bloat is usually diet related and if not diet estrogen related, due to failure to use an AI.....

    week 1-10 Cyp200/Prop50 blend -1cc Monday 1cc Thurs

    week 4-14 HCG Wed 500iu Sunday 500iu

    week 1-14 AI M-W-F .5mg ( since it shows my estro levels are a bit high on my BW)

    I believe I have what he told me written correctly.

    I would like to run 100 mg anavar also weeks 4-10



    Here is the diet:

    730 am: 8 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal ( 1x1000 vitamin c, 1x men multi vitamin)
    930 am: 2 scoops whey protein
    11:00 am: 7oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 1/2 cups green beans
    2:00pm: 8oz turkey 99% fat free, 6 1/2 oz white rice
    3:30 pm: pre workout 1 scoop rapid 5000 BCAA, 1 scoop mesomorph or ACG3
    4:00-6pm: cardio 20 min then workout
    6:00pm 2 scoops whey, 4oz pineapple
    7:30pm 7oz cod, 2 cups spinach
    9:00pm 2 scoops casein

    totals:
    protein: 314 g
    carbs: 171g complex. CHO'S 225g total
    fats 23.74g

    Total Calories: 2241.6

    1 gallon water per day
    7oz salmon every 3 days

    I am blood type A so i was told should avoid red meat and low dairy intake.

    Goal is 8-10% body fat I am around 16 currently.

    I cant comment on the cycle, as I amhaving a heard time reading through all the posts and changes. Test only would be my suggestion though.

    Agree with Pete.

    If you can get Aromasin, I would go for it. Its easier on your lipids, and easier to control, imho.

    MWF is not eod "every other day", as Pete pointed out. And because of the short ester in prop, it must be run eod to be effective.

    No.

    PCT should include clomid/nolva.

    appreciate it guys! I was going to start pct 5 days after last pin, is that good or should i wait 7? should i drop the clomid to 30mg a day?
