    Test E Strength gains

About how much strength should I expect to gain on my lifts on Test E for 12 weeks. If it was my first cycle and my diet and training was good.
I am not going to start my first cycle yet but I am interested in what kind of gains Test E produces.

A guy at my gym was on it and he didnt get much stronger on it. I am wondering if his gear was fake or if I am just expecting it to be stronger than it actualy is.

Its all diet related. If you don't eat enough you don't gain. If you eat enough clean healthy food and its timed right you will be very happy. You should get the diet part down before considering starting to cycle or it will be very disappointing.

Like Anx said its different for everyone. I personally love the strength gains on test e. your training on top of diet will determine what kind of strength you'll get.

Everyone is different. Some people respond better to certain compounds then others.
