Best steroids
I'm new here and I have a simple question. What's the best steroids for gaining 30 pounds? I'm a hard gainer who have tried everything to gain weight. Thanks.

Your diet is better than any steroid as far as gaining lean mucsle.
What are your stats?

And as for 30 lbs. not going to happen unless it's water and or fat.

Welcome, John.
You are far too light to cycle right now. this could cause serious injury. You should keep gaining naturally. As cape said, your problems are food related. And even with the best gear in the world, if you don't fix your diet, you will never gain a pound. Visit the nutrition section and they can critique your diet so that you can maximize your results naturally. That way you can have a good base to build off of before you start AAS.

less time on cardio more time in kitchen... eat every 2 hrs..set an alarm...try not to miss any meals...your body will get use to eat more..eventually you ll feel hungry more...be patient..if you dont fix the diet..2 or even 5 years from now,...you ll look the same...

I don't want to be telling somebody it's okay to eat lots of fast food, but for somebody 160lbs and 6'1, anything is positive.

As everyone is saying, FOOD. If you dont follow this advice you will regret it 100%. No aas is going to give you any size/weight that you will maintain due to poor diet and you will gain very little except for maybe water.
I'm almost 6" sorter than you and 20 lbs+ heavier and it's not due to aas. You need diet/food.
I was 145 into my early 20s then up to 160 early 30s until I learned to eat.

I know what being a hard gainer is like!! Cut off all cardio as that makes everything so much harder and try to eat high-calorie foods, i usually make my own shake that helps, usually put a cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of PB, some whey protein, or egg whites, and add a banana, that right there is almost 600-800 calories! hope this helps

I was in the same boat. I didn't eat right and couldn't gain weight easily as well. Even if you do a course, you won't gain much if you can't eat properly and you definitely won't keep it. One option is to start with a cycle of GHRP-6. It will help develop a better appetite and will help you with some extra gains in the gym. And it's legal!

Good back and forth. Yes cardio is good but I know all to well how in your late teens and early 20s it's easy to do way to much. Thats another reason I didnt gain much. I never ran track but I had PE for the last 2 classes of the day due to having all my requirements done (dont ask me how I did that) and at the end of the last period we would run laps around the track. As everyone else went in to shower I would job/run from my school to another school several miles away just as my GF was getting out of school and warming up to run track and spend the next 1 1/2 hrs running track with them and jogging another 5+ miles home after. I ended up working for her dad after school and during the day after graduating cutting wood all day and I worked pretty damn hard if I do say so myself trying to impress the old man. I probably did 4+ hrs of consistent cardio a day for several years. lol No wonder I couldn't gain any weight back then.
If you really are a hard gainer keep it to 20 min before working out and maybe another 15-20 after a couple times a week if you want to bulk.

Eggs for breakfast. Fish for dinner. I eat 6 - 8oz of chicken for a lot of meals. One or two protein shakes a day (one post workout for sure). The occasional can of tuna. Almonds for protein and fat.
Throw in some oatmeal, brown rice, veggies and some fruit and I am set!

I never really bulk as I am still slowly building muscle while cutting fat (I was at 36% early last year). But even when I am eating 2500 calories a day it seems like I am always eating something.

I'm 6'2 195 and eat a little over 4,000 calories a day....all clean not good tasting food.
Over 16oz 93% lean ground beef
20 oz egg whites
Over 16oz chicken breast
2 protein shakes
24-36 oz skim milk
Over 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles
Lots of Ezekiel bread
1-2 oz raw almonds/cashews
This is just a portion of what I eat in one day...and all of it is raw/organic.....
