Little Help on PCT

Hey guys just a little help on my post. Just finished a 12 week cycle Test E only.

I was gonna take Nolvadex n Clomid. But I got Arimidex n Clomid instead. How much do I take of each bottle? And for how long?
I have the dose saved somewhere, but I lost it. I know Im suppose to take the post 2 weeks after last inject but the bottles were delayed.
So Im taking it on the 3rd week instead. Thanks in advance.

leave the arimidex aside ( could have used that starting 15 weeks ago....) get some nolva ASAP, in the mean time start taking the clomid at say 100mg/day

this is why you should have all your gear including PCT BEFORE you start a cycle........

Yeah lesson learned. This bottle is 50 mg 50 tablets hope this is enough.How long do I take it? And I need to get the Nolva then eh?

get nolva ASAP (today will be good)

take clomid for say 4 weeks, 100mg (2 tabs) ED 1st week, then 50mg (1 tab) ED for the next 3 weeks...

and for nolva, you should take 40mg ED week 1, then 20mg ED next 3 weeks, but we'll see how long it takes you...

also get some blood work done in a few months from now to make sure that you have fully recovered.

Thanks this really helped a lot. Gonna get the Nolva ASAP and have Bloodwork done next year before I even start another cycle. Thanks bro

Arimadex prevent amoritazation of the Test. Nolva & Clomid jump starts your natural Test production. You need all of them but for different reasons.

You can get Nolva over the counter, you can't wait 2 weeks for online orders at this stage.

Just order some tamox from arr. I got mine in like 3-4 days. Take as directed above for the win. An ai is not,in my opinion, for use in pct.
