Suggestions on Dianabol
Hi guys, i am male 24yrs of age weighs 126 pounds. I would like to bulk up. I tried most of the supplements to bulk up. But nothing worked:-(.
So i just turned up on taking Dianabol . Please suggest whether i can take dbol or will i see any side effects after taking it. I would value everyone's suggestions and advice.

The main reason you are not putting on weight is your DIET. Don't underestimate the importance of diet. You need to be at least 180 lbs before cycling IMHO buddy. Eat, eat then eat some more. Head over to the nutrition section buddy.

actually i tried dieting as well. My diet was divided to 6 meals which includes 160 gms of proteins, 120gms of carbs, 70gms of fats per day. Also multivitamin and omega 3. But the gain was not as i expected.

Your not eating enough and it would be pointless going on steroids because your diet cant support any new muscle tissue. You need to spend the next 6-9 months eating the rightb foods what will put size and mass on you and if you want to be 180lbs your going to have to start eating like a 180lbs man. Steroids are a waste of time without the food learn how to eat to grow first....

My 15 year old daughter eats more than you. This not nearly enough food to gain weight, unless youre a "little" person.
You will, if you eat properly and increase your calories substantially. Hit the Nutritional Forum for more help in developing a proper diet that will assist you in your goals.

That's only 1750 calories in a day. I use to have a hard time gaining. I would eat until I felt sick just to put on weight. Supplements are used to supplement.
Depending on how strict you are with tracking your caloric intake, just keep on adding 200-300 more calories every week until you start gaining.
There's a lot of good advice for you in here!

Can somebody look on my diet and suggest me what is missing, what needs to be added because i even doesnt wish to start up a dbol cycle. Moreover i wish to participate in a local competition after 1.5 to 2 yrs.

Have you posted it in the diet section? What is the title? If not be sure to so so include everything you are today including macros abd we can have a look.

I have posted the half before. Anyways i am posting it fully.
My diet was divided to 6 meals which includes 160 gms of proteins, 120gms of carbs, 70gms of fats per day. Also multivitamin and omega 3 and half scoop of ON serious mass. My daily protein intakes per day are like 8 eggs(5 whole eggs), beef, chicken, serious mass. Carbs includes Rice.

Thank you Bigsiv. To say it honestly i dont know how to calculate calories. What i was doing is like
Breakfast: omega3+ 5 eggs + rice
Lunch: Rice with some chicken and some veggies
pre workout: sandwich with Egg and cheese + avacuado juice+ milk
Post workout: half scoop of ON Serious Mass+ 5 eggs+ beef+ Rice
Multivitamin before bed.
If have time i would take 2 more meals in between..
I do not know to calculate calories through my diet. I believe my diet is nothing but i would like to know the missing things.

As mentioned, you need to eat more. First thing i see is only one meal after workout. Try to add 2 more to that.
Nutrition Section is your best bet. Those guys over there will get it all straightened out and get you on the right track.

Thanks guys. I have already hit the nutrition section. Let me get my weight to 180 - 185lbs in six months with much more solid diet. Then i will be back here for AAS as i would participate in a competition after a yr or two. See u guys after 6 months..

I'm a hard gainer... Sometimes I would even need to add sugars on top of all the protein and complex carbs!!! Don't you think at 126 lbs.. He should just do a dirty bulk for a couple years ? 5000 cals 350 protein and whatever else he can get his hands on?
