    Sust for 10 weeks

    Hi !

Haven't cycled anything for 2 years, and now wanting to gain some more again.

Have been training for 12 years and have competed in fitness before, so I know how to eat well and what to do at the gym.

How do you think of this:

    1-10 sust 250 mg eod
1-4 d-bol 25-50 mg (not sure how much yet)
    1-10 12,5 mg arimidex eod
    pct: hcg + nolvadex

    Looks good Greg.

I would not use a blend if it were me, but youre fine with Sust. Make sure your PCT includes both Clomid and Nolva. 40mg Dbol /day is a fine too.

Check here for protocols on these.

    Thanks buddy...

I like the blend of short and long esters, since I feel less sides with it. It is not a problem to pin eod.

Does it look okay with the arimidex ?

The reason why I did not include clomid is that last time - 8 years ago - I got really bad acne.

Maybe I should give it a try agsin.

    Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

    Adex .25mg EOD

These are both starting protocols. Titrate up if necessary.

ED may be too much and crash you E2 levels. Its always best to begin at a lower dose and titrate up not down.

Unless you have bloodwork or prior experience to show that you require ED protocols at a higher than usual dose, then that's a different story.
