    1 year and 9+ months into training, Test E or not?

    So I had a post earlier this month where I received insightful advice from fellow board members.

    I'm holding off on the cycle for now. But I've already obtained 4 vials of Test E, enough for 500mg or 600mg a week.

    Here's my pic:

    5'11 1/2
    165-170lbs
    BF: ? (Any estimates?)

    Big Three Lift Totals:
    Bench press= 225lbs, for 2 reps.
    Deadlift= 365lbs
    Squat= 315, I can definitely do 3 at a 90 degree bend at the knees. I tried 365 last week and I pulled off three, but I don't know if I was going low enough. Maybe just a little lower and I would've had it. For ass-to-grass squats, I know it's over 225. I don't do them anymore.

    I'd like to get a lean bulk.

    On my cycle, should I aim for maintenance level eating, eat a lot more, or aim for a deficit?

    I'm looking for strength gains while maintaining a lean frame.

    Also, should I add winstrol to the cycle? I'd try anavar but my link is flaking on me and I haven't received it yet. Other links sell it for much more so I'm wary of purchasing Var.

    I've started an ephedrine-caffeine stack today. Trying to get off of 1.M.R. and also use the EC stack for it's fat burning qualities.

    I'm hoping to start the cycle in the New Year, after my Christmas Day feast of candy, cookies and anything else I want.

    I'll hold off on the cycle, if I haven't found a job by then to fund eating much more than I am now.

    Eat MORE you're body can get more from the food while on juice. And I'd stay away from orals this time around. Not sure if it was in the post is there pct?

    As for PCT, I have Nolva and Arimidex , but I'm not sure on the dosing post-cycle. I'm thinking 40mg ED of Nolva from weeks 1-4 post cycle.

    Adex is better used on cycle bro. I would suggest you get some clomid along with the nolva for PCT and have you considered running hcg on cycle?

    Before last week, I'd been doing high protein-low carb, but it was getting expensive, since I hate to cook for myself.

    I'm trying to do 40c/40p/20f, right now on a budget.

    Past few weeks have been tough since I was always having hunger pangs. But the ephedrine has stopped that, for now. I'm hoping to stay on the ephedrine until I start my cycle.

    Cooking and eating is the most important part of this game! do not even consider cycling until you have the funds to give your body the nutrition it needs to grow and defiantly get your PCT sorted out bro.

    I haven't thought about HCG . Just doesnt appeal to me.

    Bro it keeps your testicles functioning during your cycle and makes recovery much much easier. At 24 you dont want to risk being on TRT.

    Ye, I've heard of a couple people going into depression from gyms I've been to.

    Should I drop any more wieght to get my body fat lower? Or would I be good to go if I keep this body.

    I guess HCG would be a safe guard. I could use the money I had saved for anavar or winny.

    you look lean enough but i think you could still gain some more naturally before cycling IMHO.

    Alright bros, I've decided to begin a cycle within the next two weeks.

    I've got a few questions, such as "How does my cycle and pct look?"

    I'm planning to run:

    Test E for 1-15 weeks at 500mgs
    PCT is Nolva ED at 40/40/20/20

    I have an extra 250mg/ml vial of Test E at my disposal. Should I incorporate it into my cycle?

    Go for 10 weeks or 12 weeks tops!
    Also arimidex and HCG throughout the cycle
    U can find dose of these two all over the forum
    As for PCT u need nolvadex and clomid
    Nolvadex dose is good but clomid is a must!!!!
    AI.HCG.SERMS are must
    Also good diet and workout routine
    Also its better to wait till next year
    Get more naturally
    Im still workingout naturally .learning about AAS and trying to get better diet
    And im 24 too .

    I've got Aromasin on hand. I'll use it every-other-day.

    I may hold off until September 2013.

    If I shorten the cycle to 12 weeks, should I use the third vial of Test E (which would have been for the last 5 weeks) to front load on the cycle?

    Since nobody else has said it, I will...

    You haven't even been working out for 2 years and you think it's time to start running gear? Can I ask why your mind is set on running a cycle? Are you stuck somewhere in your training/gains? I'm not going to tell you not to, but I don't think somebody who can only bench 225 for 2 reps is ready for gear (for somebody who is 5'11).

    I mean you're still young (not that I think you're too young to be running gear) and you've got a long way to go before you reach your natural limits. I honestly think you'd be better off holding off a year (at the minimum) before you ran any gear. If you spend this year training and dieting naturally, in the long run when you do finally cycle, you'll end up better off than you are now.

    Still it's your life so you can do what you want.

    Just seems like everyone at the gym is on something, so I figured "Why shouldn't I do it?"

    I also have two vials that expire December 2013, so I figured I should use them.

    But I understand your point. It does feel like I can grow much more naturally, but I want to make leaps forward. I may have to mull this over for a few days before I completely decide.

    I second this. I started too early into my lifting, after a year.

    Watch what happens to them when they go off cycle. If they even show up at the gym....

    Hold off. Maximize your natural genetic potential first. You need several more years of hard training and proper nutrition under your belt before you launch into anabolics. You have a good frame. Take advantage of it naturally first.

    I agree. You beat me to it. Sounds like he hears what he wants to. Much like my 7 yr old. Kelkel nailed it too. I'm sure he will be back here later asking why he lost his gains and the ability to stay erect in the bed.
