Armidex Adjust and Monitor :-S

What sides should I be looking at to adjust the Armidex dosage? Water weight? What should I take in account before increasing the dosage? Last cycle I think my gear was under-dosed as Aromasin at 12.5mg eod really suppress my Estrogen levels < does this makes sense? Cause I use to feel tired all the time.

Libido, erections, acne, mood, bloating. These are what i use to monitor my E2, other than bloodwork.

BP is my tell tale sign! and acne but thats more from the hormone fluctuation!

My BP has been steady at 111/75 give or take a few points. And im using 750mg EQ plus trt dose test. Weird huh?

Same, give or take a few points. I think my AI is dialed in pretty good. Im using 1ml L-Stane/day.

It must be...that is the goal indeed. Although I know that I can expect an increase in BP on AAS no matter.

Keep in mind that some sides are the same for both high and low E2. Libido and erections disappear for some when high OR low. My acne and BP increase for sure when E2 is high.

If you are unsure, get blood work done. I had blood work done last week and found out my E2 was over 300 despite feeling great (totally normal), high libido and only slightly high BP. I was shocked.
