Mast vs. Tren
Just curious what is recommended for someone that is around 7% body fat and is looking to gain size and get that "im so cut i look like im always flexing" look, Weight 170, 5"9" and 7% bf, and lets say either or they would be taken with 150mg Eod of test prop, which one would you recommend considering size, cutting, and side effects?

Your 19 my man so honestly id recommend clean bulking with a perfect diet and not even consider AAS

Lunk is right, at 19 you have miles to fulfill your genetic potential. You can always revisit AAS at a much later stage bro. Pls consider this thoroughly... BTW Tren reigns supreme over everything else. only thing is, not everyone can handle it

Three things guaranteed to help:
1. EAT - a lot!!!!
2. LIFT - often
3. Sleep - to recover and rebuild
Repeat steps 1-3.

i agree with lunk. ideal for your young age would be to get a nice clean bulk/ lean diet and give that a run you will be suprised.

diet isn't cutting it anymore i can lose fat real easy but putting on weight? thats the problem i've been eating close to 4k calories a day training 6 days a week and doing more then 1.5g of protein per lean body pound, i've havent grown since i was 13 and had a beard in the eighth grade im convinced im done growing and have fully matured and am looking for something to help me put on this muscle if the food isnt gonna do it

I train for 45-1 hour 6 days a week, with 20-30 min of cardio and I split my diet up 40% carbs, 30% fats (mostly monounsaturated fats), 30% protein, at 3.5k-4k calories a day
