Need some advice
Hi I am new to this forum. I'm 61 yrs old. I did train when back in the 80's. I stopped after 8 hard years and did other bad things to my body for 25 yrs. I am good now, and back in the gym working vary hard like in the old days. I have been at it for 5 months. I have been doing 400mg test cyp a week for 7 weeks and now just at the end have plugged in 100mg of Winstrol (tabs) a day. I can get more stuff in two weeks. Any comments on the adding of Winstrol. Also in my days I was on like 6 month cycles. So how about now ???

Welcome Mike!
Glad that you quit other stuff and you are back in IRON game!!
At the age of 61 you will have probably TRT dose of test.
I wouldn't suggest you to do that long cycles 8-16 week is plenty!
Adding winny to the end of cycle is OK, I would add test prop when you'll be done with yours cyp and change the oral winny to injectable.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. I also don't know what's up with my testosterone results. When I started I was at 619 and two days ago the results showed a level of total 7,331 ...huh? What's that? Also is 16 weeks ok.? My estrdiol is 95 and the range high is 56 so my test is making estrogen. My doc says she doesn't think i need anything for that I don't need anything to hold that back ???

You should get anastrozole and do every other day 0.25 mg to control your estrogen levels.
And get a HCG 250iu twice a week.
16 weeks is ok.

Don't quite get this if your TRT your test level is to high as is your estrogen. If you bring your test level to range your estrogen should fall as well. If your just cycleing I wouldn't be sharing that with your doctor and insurance company. All cycles should have test, AI, PCT and HCG but is optional.

Hey I never thanked you for getting back to me. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm doing good In the past 5 months since I got back into working out my weight has gone from 160 - 192 lbs the last 20 lbs came 4-5 weeks into my cycle. I'm sure much of that is water however my muscle mass is very good. I haven't gotten my fat % done and I'm trying to find a place to do that. Money for anything is a BIG problem due to being on disability $$ I am quite concerned as to how much I'm going to loose. I see my doc next week. I hope she helps with my PCT. If not I can obtain what I need . I expect it will be tough, a real challenge to hold steady the course.

Oh..as per my sobriety it is going great, 1 yr 45 days and of course still counting. Still a new way of life.
