arimidex on sustanon250 cycle

hey guys sorry if this has been posted up before but i need some advice.
i started a cycle of sus250 by itself a week ago, ive already put on 2 kilos and im loving it. i bought a packet of arianna anastrazole(arimidex ) 30 tablets 1mg each.im in week 2 at the moment...when do i start taking this and at what time intervals and quantities. im really confused, some mates say start from week one 0.25 eod some day start from week 3 0.5eod some say dont touch it till you feel side effects but im trying to minimise water retention and chances of gyno...any advice would be awesome thanks!

You should have started taking quarter of an each 1mg pill a week ago, which is when you administered your first injection.

As long as your Sustanon dose is at around 500mg and unless you are extremely gyno and/or acne prone, there is no point in taking more than 0.25mg EOD.
