I don't think your going to get very good answers here. First of all, you are too young. At 19 your body is producing so much natural testosterone that you are better off just dialing in your diet and making solid natural gains for the next few years. Second, don't do an anavar only cycle. You need test as a base for any cycle since anavar will lower your natural testosterone.
I am also new to this, but older and more researched. These guys will help you alot like they have for me, but you gotta listen to their advice. Good luck bro

You are risking, to a very great degree, permanently damaging your endocrine system. At 19 you should have test levels approaching, if not exceeding, 1000ng/dL. With this much Test already in your system all you need do is to hit up the diet/nutrition forum, http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM and the training forum, http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...KOUT-QUESTIONS. Man you have plenty of time here...don't risk ruining your health for the rest of you life. Several 19yr olds have been here in just the last month who have gone down this road only to come back begging for help just to "get me back like I was." Its obvious given your stats that you've not come anywhere close to maxing your natural potential. There will be plenty of time for juicing man...be a MAN, and exercise some wisdom and patience. Lots of great info here for you to take advantage of during that time and you'll seriously impress these vets if you'll take a step back for 5-6 more years. Good luck.

    Agreed! ^^

And I think a little more reading and research would benefit you, particularly for someone your age. Your natural testosterone levels are sky high right now. I would concentrate on taking advantage of that as you can make tremendous gains in following few short years.

It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing, and then perhaps look at using AAS.

Its also important to understand what it is your putting into your body and the associated roles these compounds play. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for a host of unwanted side affects including premature closure of your growth plates, Erectile Dysfunction, Gynecomastia (b*tch t*ts), and more..

*Take a look at this thread. You'll see first hand what happens to some youngsters that use steroids too early.

    ^ This!!

I'm in the same boat you are man!! Lol. You have some years on me, but I'm in at over 20 years of pounding away at these weights. This is indeed a lifestyle and life commitment. No room for short cuts here...well, shortcuts don't even exist. AAS are used by the well educated, experienced lifter as another tool, not as a quick fix.
