Arimidex dosage & frequency while on Test & Tren

Every 3rd day, I take one injection:

250mg of Sustanon combined in the same syringe with 200mg of Trenbolone Enanthate .

(That works out at 583mg of Sustanon per week, and 467mg of Trenbolone Enanthate per week)

I'm taking an Aromatase Inhibitor as I am extremely prown to water retention, my face turns into a balloon (I known this from my previous 3 cycles). I don't ever suffer hair loss, nor do I ever suffer gynocomastia even when taking ridiculously high amount of Testosterone in the absence of an Aromotase Inhibitor. So the one and only reason I'm taking an Aromotase Inhibitor is to suppress the water retention.

I've got 1 milligram film-coated tablets of Anastrozole (aka Arimidex ). The pills are tiny, so there's no chance of me cutting them in half or in quarters or whatever.

Now here's the question. I'm seeing all sorts of different suggestions and opinions on what dosage of Anastrozle I should be taking. Some people are going as low as 0.25 mg EOD, while others are saying 1 mg EOD.

Currently I'm doing 1 mg EOD. I hear that there are some benefits to having elevated estrogen levels, but I don't know how much truth there is to that.

My goal is to gain zero water, zero fat (perhaps even to lose fat), while gaining as much muscle as possible.

Could I please get some advice on this?

buy a pill cutter from your local pharmacy, you can cut those tabs into 4 with it, thats what i do

id start at .25mg ed and work it from there imo

And an AI is necessary for many more reasons than just gyno. High estrogen has many damaging effects on the body. Far to many people use gyno as their only tool to gauge their estrogen level, which is really a poor choice.

OK so the suggestion of 0.25 mg every day is half the dosage I'm currently taking (because I'm taking 1 mg every other day).

May I ask for more opinions or suggestions please?

The only way to know the dosage u need is with blood work. Everyone is different, otherwise its all guess work
