1st time cycle. 250mg test cyp 2x weekly.

I'm a beginner in the field of aas use and I'll admit I have been irresponsible jumping into a cycle like this without doing my research. I did do a slight amount of research beforehand. I just feel like I should've done more. I'm taking an injection of testosterone cypionate twice a week. Dosage=250mg a pin. I haven't been taking an AI. I don't have one on hand if I did need it. I haven't had any side affects. I'm on shot 10 and I've gained 13lbs and some good strength gains. I was planning on a 12 week cycle and a 8 week off. I just read a thread about doing 8 on 2 off though. Frankly I could use some input. I'm 6 ft tall 198lbs 25 yr old male.

You need to get an A.i as soon as possible, arimidex or aromasin

You need Hcg

You need to get your pct sorted nolvadex and clomid

First of all can you get these products ASAP and just a thought what is your BF%
Obviously you shouldn't have jumped on cycle without preparing everything so I will save the lecture. Lets just get sorted now. Are you around 5 weeks into your cycle?

I think the cycle you speak of is for more experienced(possibly TRT) users.

Welcome man! You should consider getting some liquidex aka arimidex from AR-R here on the site for your AI. For your time off it is normally (time on + pct time = time off)

Sorry Stpete wasn't trying to point out the obvious just thought that might have been misinterpreted. 500mg a week of test is about right fir a first time OP but you need to get the rest of the products ASAP

Alright so that's what I'm talking about. What support! Yes I can get the pct asap. As far as the AI goes I'm not certain about my sources current position but I'm trying to find out. See I'm hooking up through a close buddy who did a few cycles while in the military. He knows a guy who's into it big and Ive been just going off what hes been telling me. He doesn't even know what an AI is. Neither did I until I joined the site. I realize this is serious business and I'm here wanting to learn. Thanks again
