5'8 195 @ 8%.... I'm gonna call bullshit. I have 10 years in the gym more than you do and I'm only 190 and that's with 15% BF. If I dropped to 8% I would be around 170 lbs tops and completely shredded. I don't care if you did 100 cycles.... at 5'8 hitting 180 @ 8% is huge. Do you have any idea what 15 lbs of lean muscle mass looks like? You're close to being an IFBB pro at those stats you posted. You may weigh 195 lbs but sure as hell not at 8%. 30% maybe.. even 25% if you have enormous legs.....

He was in the wrong for the gay comment but you have been provoking him so your in the wrong to. His posts are pretty positive and productive from the ones I've seen, maybe I haven't seen all of them, but there's no reason for you to bring negative comments on his thread.

I also never said I would go get a mod to remove you, I said many of his posts I've seen have been positive and productive. He's obviously trying to learn now, Judging from this post at least. So why don't you try and help him, instead of tear him down.
