workout question
My friend was telling me the other day that he does pushups, dips, and pull ups almost everyday and he actually gets stronger in his workouts. Do yall think that it is ok to do this like on the days im off. I was gonna do like 100 pushups and dips a day and then 3 sets of pullups til failure. Would this hurt my recovery or maybe lead to overtraining?

Depends if you're on gear.
Would it hurt your recovery?
Yes if not.
No if you're on.
By the way, post this in the workout forum dude not here..it's taking up space.

i think sometimes i would be way too sore to do pushups after a chest workout, and dips, yea right.
