    how hard is it to keep the gains

    After a cycle is over I'm sure I would lose some of the weight gained, but how much strength do you typically lose and is it the reps or just the 1rm that may take the biggest blow. I run a 5x5 program so was tryin to figure if a deload would come around. Same time as end of my cycle

    This really depends mostly on your nutrition and your pct.

    ^ i agree my friends loose their gaines i maintain pretty much all of it plus more while on PCT..EATEATEATEAT

    You gain a lot of strength off that 5x5 if done right.When you come off increase your cals and continue to train.You will lose some but thats natural.Everyone is different so its hard to say it depends a lot on you Bro.

    Agree with all of the above but fast and sufficient recovery is a big hitter.
