First Cycle - Critique and Aware
Hey Guys,
Stats: 23, 6 ft, 180 lbs (82 kg) 10% bf
Lifting experience: 4 years
Daily Diet: 4599 Calories - Protein: 458g - Carbs: 498g - Fats: 69g
I've done two cycles of PH in the past and will be now doing my first AAS Cycle. Before I'm able to start the cycle though I need to run Letro for abit to get rid of some prolactin gyno I got under my right nipple after my last ph cycle.
But once that's all cleared up I will be running the following:
Test E 500 mg a week for weeks 1 - 8.
Clomid 50 mg a day for weeks 9 - 12.
Looking to just put on some solid size without really gaining to much fat, so any advice is very much appreciated.

8 weeks for test e is to short IMHO go for 10/12 weeks and getting bigger is all controlled by diet nothing else so keep that in check and you will be ok

You don't mention use of an AI either? And also need nolva in the pct

that's the sort of advice I'm looking for, so at which point and how much should I be taking? also what AI and what Dosage should I be taking?

You are still on the young side and you are light for your size.IMOP I would work on your diet and build a base before you cycled again.Hit the diet section post your diet with macros they will help.Good luck!

Ok thanks guys.. I wasn't going to be running the cycle for at least another 6 months just wanted to get some insight.
When I do decide to run it, what would be the best A.I to run and what dosage?

Not busting on you but this is something you should know.Do a lot of reading Bro before you start.Adex .25EOD to start.The rest you find in the stickys Bro good luck.

unless u have the metabolism of a hummingbird (which with ur stats is entirely possible) ur gonna gain a good bit of fat eating 4600cals..
how did u arrive at this many cals?? with 162 lbs LBM ur maintenance cals (if u were relatively normal metabolically speaking) would be closer to 2400-2500cals..
this will put u at 2000cal surplus per day .. also eating 458g protein is 2.82g per lb LBM .. more than u need IMO. typical protein consumption is 1.5 - 2 g per lb LBM

My dietitian and trainer came to that total, so I'm simply eating as I'm told.
Big thanks to all for the advice, I'll do my best to read through the stickys again and understand it abit better
