Thanks I thought so. Doc said to take gas-ex. Just though it was very different. I've been around at my age with bloat not quite like this but guess you and he are correct. I am processing different during a cycle.Thx

Definitely diet related or you have that stomach bug going around that causes gas bloating and cramps along with the associated diarrhea.

Drink one gl water a day min. And supplement some potassium. That will counter a high sodium diet (if you have one) and reduce water bloat.

If I get wind I just take 1/2 teaspoon of Sodium Bicarb, stuff is so cheap and so easy to use plus doesn't have any sweeteners or any of that crap in !!

Bloating can be controlled easily with diet. Drink lots of water a gallon per day and keep the sodium intake down

I may have found a contributor to my BLOATING. I'll know more in a day or two. I looked up Nitric oxide and side affects. Bloating and dry mouth are two strong side effects. I have been experiencing both of them to a high degree as I have express in my other posts. Has anyone experienced this with nitric oxide. Of course I will cease taking it and will let you guys know.
I've also had an energy problem but I though it was due to the intensity of my wrk outs at age 61.
Any comments ?Last edited by crazy mike; 01-16-2013 at 07:53 AM.
