Do PCT meds (clomid and Nolva) affect taurine sensitivity
I read a post (I thought on this forum) about PCT meds affecting the bodys natural taurine levels, which then caused an over-sensitivity to products that contain extrogenous taurine (drinks, suppliments, ect).
I can't find the post or any specific data, other than taurine helping with cramps during work outs.
If anyone has any knowledge on this topic, I would appreciate a link or any helpful information.
I'm unsure if I should be avoiding taurine beyond a certain level, entirely or not at all.
Thanks!
