letrozole to get rid of Gyno

Gyno has ruined my self esteem ever since i got it when i turned 13. I've had to hide under multiple shirts my whole life. upon doing some research i found that letro helped a lot of people cure theirs . I got some liquid letro and have been using 2.5mg for 3 days now. It could be my imagination but it looks like my gyno got worse somehow? I've had it! i just took like 6mg and i'm going to bed now, Hopefully i don't die in my sleep. Any suggestions on something else i could use to get rid of my gyno? Do i just need to give the letro more time?

Get surgery done mate.. I wouldn't do 6mg that's not good

get the surgery. you're crazy for doing 6mg! i feel like complete shit on 2.5mg. is it gyno from fat or from estrogen related issues? i doubt you got gyno from estrogen or prolactin at age 13.

Drop that dosage and start tapering off.

If you've had it years you're unlikely to get rid of it through any reversal procedure. Do you have lumps behind the nipple? Any chance you can post a pic?

I had surgery 6 weeks ago. Already it's the best thing I ever did in terms of my appearance and confidence!

how was the recovery process? was it for estrogen induced gyno or just fat? judging from your avatar, not fat i'm assuming lol

Not hormonal gland growth. Pseudo angiomous stromal hyperplasia! Quite rare! Started lifting after 5 weeks at 75% max effort and 6 weeks at 85%. Taking it it easy but I reckon I'll be back at 100% by 9 weeks post surgery.Here's the glands excised.

hey if we remove the glands won't the chest look like the chest of Dwayne johnson "the rock" or like chestbrah's chest ... it makes it look horrible like no chest at all ... can i just like trim my glands instead of removing them entirly i got puffy nipples only :/

This is true. Although my chest doesn't now look like The Rock's. so don't use any surgeon who says yours will.

I did letro at high doses off cycle to try and get rid of gyno i had for years.it did aboslutely 0 in getting rid of the gyno,the only thing it got rid of was my sex drive and ability to get wood.If you dont care about your libido try it you have nothing to lose,i started at 2.5 daily and slowly lowered the dose for 6 weeks.i got 0 results.....

I read this from AI profiles on this site and gave it an honest try,didnt work for me.....

Those are impressive numbers, but heres one of the most interesting things about Letrozole :

It may reduce/eliminate/reverse existing gynecomastia !

In a study conducted on mice (and yes, I know its not perfect), gyno-like changes in the mammary gland were totally destroyed! Heres a direct quote from that study:

Our results also indicate aromatase overexpression-induced changes in mammary glands can be abrogated [destroyed] with very low concentrations of the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole.(7)

In addition, both I and a friend successfully used Letrozole to eliminate our gyno while both using 2.5mgs/day, tapering down to .25mgs/day, and then finally off. The gyno never returned for either of us.

Based on its availability and cost (when you consider the fact that .25mgs/day is more than enough protection from estrogen-related sides on most cycles), not to mention its overall utility for a variety of functions (destroying gyno, preventing estrogenic sides, and for PCT), Id say that this stuff is pretty great.

It's gyno from estrogen i imagine since i've never been overweight in my life . Always had a flat stomach and now my six pack is visible so my body fat% is low. So what could be the cause if i got it at age 13? i'm embarrassed to bring it up to my parents/judgemental brother that i still live with and it's not like i could get it without them knowing. On top of that i'm a poor college student with no money for surgery. What could be the cause if not estrogen and fat?

After you've tapered down do you have nolva on hand to prevent estrogen rebound? If you've had the lumps that long then surgery is likely the only option. I can only say it's worth it. Speak to your parents, ignore your brother. Get a part time job and save up.
