Hi lunk sorry its not about halo was it your self that was going to run your orals only on your training days or was it mickey ? if it was your self how did it go because i was going to give it a go next cycle thanks.

Mick and I did discuss it. Because of the half life yes...I typically use Dbol on training days only and I noticed no difference than when I ran Dbol throughout!

I would love to hear about this as well. Especially about strength gains and any adverse side. I've run dbol straight and on training days as well but never impressed with the result regardless.

is it used as pre workout only ?? no effect on muscle gains ?
i know a friend of mine used it for a while and he said his liver enzymes were so high he almost died of toxicity.

Love the stuff.
20mg 40 minutes prior to workout. I only use it when I need to get through a plateau or laziness. It made me absolutely crazy mean too. I know it has a short life in your system but a small amour will remain in your system for days. Especially if you use it a few times a week. That is my experience with Halo.

Well, good thing about halo is it doesn't know or recognize age. Thank goodness!
Your training may vary but mine went like this:
Up at 5am. Took all my vitamins and 10mgs halo.
Breakfast 1 hr later
Meal 2- two hours later
Meal 3 was typically(but depending on work) pre workout 1 hour prior. This meal was a protein bar, a few complex carbs, 10gms creatine w/a fruit drink. Then 30 minutes later i would take 20mgs halo. Never wanting to have a full stomach.
I kept the 2 dosages close to each other for obvious reasons. And yes, 30mgs will provide strength increases almost immediately. You might experience slight headaches and you WILL be short tempered. Be prepared, as you will be more aggressive in everything you do.
As you work up to your PR's, i suggest adding another 20mgs pre workout.
You won't notice, nor will there be, any difference really in bloat or "cutting" effect. Weird how it works as it just makes you stronger. And if you have a "mental" block on a certain lift or weight, you probably won't after using halo. You'll own it.

Pete..are you still taking it on off days as well? If so didnt you mention lower doses on off days or would it be ok to not use it on off days? I am such a rookie with this stuff and due to the price I don't want to waste it!

I only use it a week, maybe 2 out from a comp. I use 30mg a day, all pre workout. 45mg the few days leading to comp. I take it 20min pre workout. Any longer than that and it kicks in on my drive to the gym and I want to fight people in traffic.

Man I wish I could afford this stuff! I am back in the gym hitting it hard. I have been off a month or so and my strength is so low I was ashamed. Working out with a new guy and he is much smaller and was doing the same weight as me, only he was doing better! I am so freaking weak. This sounds amazing, but if it is as toxic as was stated, it is probably not for me. But man is sounds so good. St Pete has had me drooling over this stuff for months now. Shocked by the price tag since it doesnt really do anything for you physique.

20mgs first thing in the morning and 20mgs 1hr before workout - hardness, aggression and granite appearance to the muscles - 3-4 weeks worth
