I've been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now, before the holidays I was being super strict with my food choices, I got down to about 201 (from 225ish) I think I was pushing 10-11%bf. after the holidays I've managed to gain about 5 pounds, prolly somewhere around 13% now. My progress has stalled out, its been more or less a lack of motivation, diet wise. I've decided to take a little hiatus on such a strict diet. Still eating better then 90% of people but not clean as I had been.
With that said, I want to start up a cycle here shortly. I'm fairly lean, and would like to keep it that way, with possibilities of losing fat in the process (but not the highest of priorities). I won't go into in depth details about my diet plan, unless asked to, but I'm going to be doing an on/off schedule as my workout routine. My workout days I will eat as if I'm bulking (500 cal above tdee), my off day ill be eating as if I'm cutting (500 cal below tdee). I've talked with a few ppl about different cycle options, just wanted to get some perspective from other folks.
I was thinking something along the lines of:
1-10; Test p: 200mg/eod
1-8; Npp: 100mg/eod
1-10; Winstrol : 100mg/day
3-10; var: 50mg/day
Ghrp-2/mod grf (1-29): 200/100mcg ea. on non workout(cardio) days
Ghrp-6/mod grf(1-29): 200/100mcg ea. on workout days
Thinking about b12 shots on workout days if the ghrp-6 doesnt increase my hunger on workout days enough.
Again, I'm looking to gain good quality lean mass while maintaining current bf, if not lowering it a hair.

I would consider changing the Test and NPP dosages around and drop the winny IMO. I don't like the way it makes my joints feel and I wouldn run the orals together like that. Just run the Var as you have laid out!

Cycle critique: I wouldn't employ both Anavar and Winstrol in the same cycle for various reasons. I don't know about your cycle history and/or overall AAS experience; however, my experience has shown me that typical DHT sides can occur very rapidly and to a significant extent when multiple DHT compounds are stacked together. Moreover, 100mg Winstrol ED is a very generous amount IMO, and it should do a very good job combined with Test P and NPP in terms of meeting the demands of any cutting cycle. Again, I would either go with a higher dose of Anavar or just stick to Winstrol at the suggested dose.
Diet critique: I don't necessarily agree with the logic behind eating 500 cal above TDEE on training days and 500cal under TDEE on non-training days simply given the fact that your metabolism responds to patterns as opposed to instant modifications. If you approach your diet on a weekly base, you'll see that +500cal -500cal model eventually evens itself out. I am assuming you'll be getting +500cal from carbs on training days in order to be able to survive through high-volume workouts and cardio, hence -500cals from carbs on non-training days will help you burn more fat due to low insulin levels. Even if this is the logic behind it, I have to say I wouldn't bet on it because in the end your weekly caloric intake will be the same, which largely determines how the recomped physique will turn out in the end.

tron IMO u would get better recomp results if u CREATED a greater deficit on ur non-training days IMO. also ur gonna be on an EOD protocol right?

I like where your going with the orals...consider NPP, Deca , tren ...all 19nor and I run them the same way. Low test to minimize estro conversion! Either way you go honestly is fine and you are right a little DOES work fine!
Edit: But then again I could be purposely trying to screw up your plans lol!

I know most pin both prop and npp eod. In the back of my head I was thinking doing them both daily (at half the given dosages) to keep the concentrations at an even more leveled state, but I'm not sure on the chemistry and if it would actually help keep the levels even or not.
