looking to change things up cuz ive hit my plateau

Hi im new to the site. im a 30 yr old female. 5'1 and 129lbs. When i began my lifestyle change when i hit 150lbs, and 48% bf, i ate horrible fast food all the time and worked the night shift at a hospital which only made it worse with the fast food. I cleaned up my diet and began weight lifting and doing boxing, jump rope and short distance sprints for cardio about 2 years ago. Since then ive dropped 20 lbs of fat and gained a significant amount of muscle. I eat clean 5 days a week and give myself two cheat meals on the wkends. The problem is ive hit my plateau, i can't go under 130lbs, the actual weight isnt my concern really, but its more a problem because i want to gain more muscle in my legs.Ive tried carb cycling, and switching up my routine but results. Based on my measurements i am 29 % body fat, my goal is 22%. Im seriously considering taking a cycle of deca durabolin . Any suggestions?/ comments. At my peak i was losing 1lb of fat per wk, and gaining muscle. I would love to get back to that point.

Welcome and congratulations on making great progress. I dont think you should consider the use of any aas yet. These are very powerful compounds that can do more damage then good if not done correctly. Head over to the nutrition forum and lay out your nutrition plan for them to tweak first.

Welcome to the board and congrats on your accomplishments thus far! That's truly great work!!!

The best place to start is in our nutrition forum. You can easily drop more bf through further nutritional adjustments. Using any steroid when your bf is above 15% raises the probability and severity of side effects. Simply discussing and adjusting your eating habits and training program will lead to further improvements.

Higher the bf the higher the potential of getting negative sides on a cycle. If you're seriously considering a cycle don't do deca first. Read up on a straight Testosterone cycle.

Wait, I think Women BF ist much higher than men. my ex GF was rated in 27% and she was very fit. Deca is not a good solution, actually it will give you the opposite effect you're searching for. (water retention and virilisation).
search for milder compounds, primobolan , anavar , and winstrol .
But hey, a lots of words in the air, first you have to study study and study, give you 6-12 months for studiyng AAS before doing that.
And meanwhile, go on working out, doing diet, and lower your BF naturally.
