    First step?

Hey guys an gals, I have a important question for you. I'm 43 yrs. old, run 3 miles a day, anoerobic workout evenings (6 days) with high reps. I have lost 62lbs in the last two yrs. I'm also only 5'6'' tall. My question to you all is what would you start your first cycle with if you were me? I'm not asking for referrals or any thing like that just a couple of ideas for myself to study up on before next month. Treat your answers like a poll or example of how you started out. I will check every 6-8hrs. and keep in touch. Thanks all.

    Hey Danney,

It sounds like you've been making some solid progress. What are your goals for your physique? Depending on what you want to do will help set up a plan for you. Some people don't realize that the goals the have in mind are attainable without AAS. If AAS is something you really want to do, then sticking with a single compound of test is the best way to go. Test enthanate, and test propianate are pretty common. One of these along with hcg , an AI, and proper PCT will set you up. I am currently on my first cycle running prop. It requires more frequent pinning but it's a shorter cycle due to the short ester. I like the idea of short esters compared to long because I'm shutdown for less time. I would use this time to research as much a possible so when the time comes you'll be confident in what you choose.

If you're new to lifting, your muscles will respond very well without the need for AAS. The gains will be nice and quick.

If you're not even planning to start lifting, then what are you doing here??

If you are, then your 1st step would be to learn basic lifting principles, apply them safely in the gym, build a good base, work on your nutrition, see how your body responds to training, and acquire experience.
