Don't keep touching your nipples if on Tren/Deca
My friends and I used to have a nasty habit of constantly touching our nipples to check for signs of gyno.
DON'T DO THIS if you are on any drug that raises prolactin levels.
Without going into too much detail: When the baby suckles on the teets of its mother, prolactin is produced through this action, and this is what causes the woman's body to produce milk.
So yea, touching your nipples often might actually be increasing prolactin levels. I am not a 100% about this, but you have been warned =P
On a side note: Sex and masturbation also increases prolactin levels right after the act. This is why your penis goes limp and you cannot have another orgasm until your prolactin levels go down. =S
If you are on caber or prami, this shouldn't be a problem. But if you using something weaker like Vitamin B6 or nothing at all, this might actually be useful.

Very good insight.
To be honest, i've found that the majority of kids (because, yes, the overwhelming majority of people who do this are kids who shouldn't be using AAS) while on a cycle tend to C O N S T A N T L Y be touching and fondling their nipples and pec area because they are deathly afraid of getting gyno. Then a week or two later their nipples start to hurt, so they freak out that they have gyno but they actually don't - the pain manifesting itself is the result of these morons constantly poking and prodding their nipples due to their paranoia of gyno.
Unless you have some very sexy dolly partons and are standing in the mirror doing it, don't fondle your nipples/breasts/pecs/whatever. If you get gyno, YOU WILL KNOW because it is a very distinct feeling and pain and soon after accompanied with a distinct lump behind the nipple. I have never ever developed or gotten gyno (I am immune at least for time being to this side effect), so I am merely speaking from the experiences I have heard from others.

Yes prolactin counteracts on the dopamine response that the brain has during sex. Yes elevated prolactin levels can result in a longer refractory period (down time between sex), ED and loss of labido. Keep in mind that MOST ppl can successfuly control prolactin through E2 control. There is a small percentage who are PRL sensitive and still are effected by elevated PRL even if E2 is within range! Thats why Caber or Prami is always kept (at least) on hand!
I'm not sure playing with your nipples will increase prl levels as even in women that reaction only occurs during the period of time shortly before and after child birth. If playing with nipples cause elevated prl which would result in milk being secreted then my wife would leak constantly

I was just going to say, I plan on putting this to the test in about a couple hours tonight. I am going to suck and fondle a nice pair of tits for hours and gauge the Prolactin response in the girl I am doing this with. The amount of time between initial fondling and sucking and when lactation begins will be observed closely.
This will be a double-blind placebo study (with two girls, one will be the control group), and this is all in the name of science. I will be wearing a lab coat at the time.
I am looking for more female volunteers as test subjects for my study tonight.

I can tell you I had my hands and mouth on 2 pairs last night for several hours....not one bit of lactation that I observed! There was some leakage but not from anyones nipples!

Yes, if anything, my predictions is that MY prolactin levels will actually be the one to rise (closer to the end of this planned study) instead of the female test subjects.

I'm headed to the strip club now. I'm going to rub as many nipples as I can in a vigorous circular motion counterclockwise and see what happens. If this doesn't produce the intended result I'll try clockwise. I may also try a version where I rub my nipples north to south while rubbing their nipples to see if this changes the total effect. If I can figure out how to rub my own nipples while I'm typing this response that should round this test out nicely.

ROFLLLLLLLLLLLLLMAOOOOO!!!
I leave you kids for a few hours and this is what I find? =P
Funniest shit I have ever read...better than the AR Hall of Shame thread.
On a more serious note, lactation does not normally happen with just high prolactin because it also needs higher levels of oxytocin. Oxytocin is produced during childbirth and helps in the mother bonding to the child and not immediately killing it. Fathers also get a spike of oxytocin when they touch their children...also resulting in them not killing their own kids.
Now, oxytocin goes up after orgasm and also when you are anxious.
Recipe for disaster: Tren Anxiety + Sex with 2 blondes + A midget playing with your nipples at the same time
===============================================
On a side note, here is the explanation for the production of prolactin + oxytocin in males after sex: Evolutionary Behavioral scientists believe that without this 2 chemical mechanism, most males would pump and dump, so as to speak. You would ejaculate and go find another female to share your seed with. This is evolutionary bad because children need the committed resources of both the father and mother to survive.
The production of prolactin temporarily suppresses your sex drive so that you don't run away from your woman to find a new one. The oxytocin then causes bonding to happen, i.e, will you be my girlfriend...here is a box of chocolates...here is some dinner...want me to drive you everywhere?...here is a shiny new purse dear!!! Also known as oneitis.Last edited by MuttonChop; 01-20-2013 at 08:12 PM.

Actually no, those 3 were/are from Philippines and no they are not P4P. One is still a friend on facebook. It started out as just the 2 of us but after a couple of hours they asked if they could call a friend to come play. Who was I to say no.
You will never hear a bad thing about Pattaya from me.
