How should I build my third cycle? My last two cycles were test e cycles (10 weeks and 15 weeks) 500mg/week.

I thought test e 500mg/week with deca 400/mgweek for ten weeks should be good? I wonder should I use HCG during cycle or AI? Allthought I didn't have any notable side effects last time I cycled, only some water retention and hair growth and a little bit of acne, not remarkable at all.

For PCT some Nolva and Clomid of course.

Bro HOG or Ai which do you need? And you are on your 3rd cycle! Bro for your safety I would suggest you do some reading.Like the stickys do you want to mess up your body for good? HCG 250 x2 weekly Ai Adex .25 EOD to start.You need to run this cycle 12 to 14 weeks beacuse of Deca .Good luck.

Ok so that makes 1mg of Adex/week? I'll run my next cycle with Adex and HCG . I used HCG in my last cycle aswell, but not an AI.

Not true, estrogen management is key to this not how much test you run there is not a magic formula of 2 to etc.
We keep saying that running a AI is important but even more important when running 19 nors such as deca and Tren .
