    Blood work?

How important is blood before a cycle? What are you looking for?

    How important is being healthy?

A full hormone panel is a good start.

Well, your "safe" levels will be indicated by a range for everything. You want to make sure you're in the safe zone. Go to the bloodwork section and check out sample results some members posted and you will see their ranges. Some are in range some are too low,, some are too high... and those that are out of range need to be worked out.

    1. to check on your general health to see if you're fit to cycle.

    2. to see your baseline testosterone level, giving you a target to aim for during post-cycle recovery.

Most importantly you want your levels for each hormone to be within the associated ranges for that particular lab.
