Your still about a year or two away form using AAS responsibly. But in the meantime, here's a link for checking out your brands.

Really..... I mean I'm all for telling people to wait when they're too young but he's a damn grown man. 32 years old and he's still too young?! Ill be usefull here... If you're going with the 500mg a week, which is why most would recommend here as a first. And I'm glad to see someone not trying to take four compounds at once the first time... I would say go with test e. it's what most would recommend.
Wk 1-12 500mg test e split between two pins
Wk 1-12 arimidex at .25mg EoD for your AI
Wk 2-12 HCG at 250iu 2x a week
10days after last pin start pct
Wk 1-4
Clomid 100/50/50/50 per day
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 per day
Very basic layout and everyone will suggest something slightly different. Hope this helps
Also, Mickey's link will be the best for brands. Idk what you have to choose from and I'm not gonna list a dozen

I guess I should have said from the start. Most importantly you have to have a stellar diet. Or you won't gain well and you'll lose a lot of what you do gain. I can't away you from anything, but you should build a base naturally first too... A year of training isn't much

You arrogant little prick. I AM being useful! Im giving solid advice based on the fact that he has ONLY ONE YEAR of working out under his belt - which is hardly enough time to develop a solid foundation or even learn how to lift properly! His age has NOTHING to do with my advice. Get real will ya..

Even though this cycle is on the longer end I would not advice you use HCG . Reason being is that how will you know how sensitive your body is to HTPA suppression? Or even if it will undergo? Save it for your next cycle. I would use Aromasin (@ 12.5mg EOD) instead of Arimidex . Its more expensive but a more superior AI.

Agree with Mickey. 1 Year at the gym is barely enough time. It took me longer than that just to figure out everything I was doing wrong. Keep up at the gym so you don't hurt yourself.
Good luck.

There is nothing more dangerous than a person who thinks he knows something but dont! Advice like this can lead to injuries.ie ligaments tendons joints. And to do it properly you should have a solid foundation. So in the future think before you give advice. There is a reason we do things the way we do its called SAFETY!

Advising the use of AAS to begin with. As stated by other vets you are not ready to cycle. Spend some time building a base and getting your diet on point then reconsider in the future.

Your tendons, ligaments and muscle-connective tissue will quite likely not be able to take the strain of the huge leaps in strength you will make. IE: you'll end up with an injury that will possibly take months, or even years, to properly heal.
And if you get injured, not only will you waste the time you're unable to train, you will also waste a lot of the time up to the point where you injured yourself, because if you're not able to use a muscle, its gonna get smaller and weaker, so you'll end up with 6 months off training, and another 6 months in lost musclemass, which puts you a year back in time.
Train naturally for another year or two, before moving on to AAS, don't jump the gun.
I'd be willing to wager that perhaps 75% of people doing a proper cycle at the point in your training you are, end up with some kind of injury.
And I'd be willing to wager that about half of the people that make it without injury, do so because their eating habits are so pathetic that they are unable to support any new muscle growth, and hence will not outgrow their tendons etc..

Yeah, I just had a feeling youd be around 6'.
You should wait with the steroids mate, let that connective tissue grow strong enough to handle the kind of load you will be putting it under, youll also have time to get some more muscles on that frame naturally.
The closer to your genetic max you get, the less gains you will get from a cycle, but thats a good thing if you're not diciplined enough, and experienced enough to know when to stop pushing it, and when you're able to lift more weight every single time you hit the gym, it's easy to get carried away. On the other hand, the closer you get to your genetic max, the harder it will be to make natural gains, so it can be really nice to save the cycle for when that happens.
This is just advice, you do with it what you want
Good luck
