    planning my next cycle

    I finished up PCT for my last cycle about 2 weeks ago. It was a basic test and dbol cycle. I made some good gains while keeping my bf% in check. I will be following the standard time on + pct= time off protocol. So that will put my next cycle around may/june. Im 6'2" 220lbs and about 14% bf. I would like to continue to put on size but lose a little body fat. So im thinking a good "summer" cycle would be.anvar and some test. With this cycle and some diet adjustments could i put on some size and get noticeably leaner?

    Your BF% is determined by your diet.

    Test and Var is a decent combo, but I would make my Test Prop and keep it short (8wks)

    Dial in your diet and youre gtg.

    Absolutely songdog. You can poke yourself and take bottles of tablets all day long but if your diet isnt dialed in your wasting time, money and probably gonna hurt your body badly

    Fully agree with Mickey! Test prop and var is very solid cycle to get shredded, but as songdog said you need to have diet in check first!

    I will adjust my diet that is for sure... Im not going to take the "risk" of cycle and not have everything spot on.
