Yeah man I would hold off. At 18 your endo system isn't fully developed yet...what are your goals? How's your diet? At 18 I thought I knew wht I was doing but it that wasn't the case. Onc I learned how my body responded to proper training and dieting, I started to see good gains. I was probably at 185lbs whe. I was 18 and by the time I was 20 I was about 205. Just took some work. Definitely not worth risking your health.

Yea my diet is not that good I do not have a job to be able to buy the foods I want. And my goals are to be stronger and bigger. When I get out of High school I want to go into the military as special forces I want to be able to have the strength I need to accomplish anything anything I need to.

Do your best with what you have to eat. If you don't have the food you need then AAS isnt going to help you...Put some hard time into the gym and work as hard as you can. When it comes to accomplishments, it's not always about being the biggest or strongest. It's about working the hardest. That will take you farther then a cycle would right now. Hard work pays off!

I use to do the same thing. Once I started taking forced rest days and shortened my workout, I noticed some good gains. I also responded better to doing 1 or 2 body muscle groups at a time.

So you want to take steroids because you want to be sf? By me hearing that i can tell you dont have the will power or maturity to be sf. In sf you dont always get food you dont always get sleep. Were will your strength be during a operation when your steroids dont have food or sleep that they need. Just put the hard yards in run 20km a day and work on your upperbody. Go 6 days with no sleep or very little broken sleep and continue your training add to that no food and thats just a taste of the reality. And when you think your strong enough odds are that you are not. I trained for 18 months for sasr and i gave up on the end of week 2 of selection i was to weak and i must not of wanted it as much as i thought i did.

I no its every little boys dream to have a victoria cross around his neck and stand tall with his chest poking out but you got to ask your self how bad do you want it?

^^ I agree. You do not have the mentality to even consider Special Forces. What are you going to do, cycle your way through SFAS? Get out of here and opt for a different career.

Personally, I think you can do it. Dont let anyone's failures dictate your reality.

The real point to hold here is not to use steroids . Especially in your case because a) you're too young and b) you need extreme conditioning and mental fortitude training.

The SF peogram is designed too weed out the weak of mind. You get your mind prepared for grueling endurance in a battle of attrition and you will cultivate a mental attitude in line with their expectations.

Do like the guy above me says. Run, train, sleep deprive yourself at times, go without food at times. Always testing yourself and building up your mental fortitude and you will have the tools needed to succeeded.

Steroids are not the answer for many reasons.

    A) your endocrine system is not fully matured. (Look it up)

    B) the majority of steroids are terrible for cardiovascular athletics.

    C) test can cause unwanted muscle pumps and even temporarily debilitating pumps at times when you are relying on your muscles the most.

You dont want your body compromised leading to a compromise of your mental stamina.

Do the right thing brother, stay clear of steroids.

They do plenty of phyc tests for sf applicants because many guys just want to be there so they can wear the sandy beret( or whatever colour your country wears)

My younger bro tried that shit... Weak gains and messes with your liver hardcore! Don't bother with that stuff! Just train hard and eat clean.

^^^agree with last. SF is all about having the mentality and the brains. Yes you need toughness and be physically fit, but most ppl don't realize you have to have brains, you have to be able to make quick decisions and react to different situations. Most soldiers who don't make it, not because they can't handle the physical situations but because their brain won't let them realize that the body can do and take things well beyond what our brains allow. Good luck in whatever you decide.
