    Holy shin pump batman

So I know back pumps are common although I never experienced them. But I get absolutely AWFUL shin pumps while running. I'm on wk 9 of sust250 pinning E3D (250mg) and I finished out my 50mg a day of dbol three weeks ago. Before cycle I was running sub 19min 5K's and now I'm barely beating 25min! Crazy. Can't even make a half mile without pain anymore.
Any suggestions to combat this? Or just live with it and love it?

Anavar does this to me. Nothing I can think of to prevent it. Painful enough to not want to walk out of the gym.

I get the most unreal delt pumps on chest/tri/shoulder day. Sometimes I will just take a break, get a smoothie at the gym juice bar and carry on after about 10 minutes rest.

Not my idea of fun but a guy has to do what he's got to do.

I get the shins very slightly, lower back pumps are almost debilitating for me now. I get really intense delt pumps but I love that feeling even when its painful

Taurine is supposed to help combat extreme pumps and its cheap. May wanna try that, it helped with my bicep cramps. It may not do anything but who knows.

Taurine helps me tremendously for cramps, but nothing for pumps.
