    Ltn >>>> cycle critique

    190lbs 12% ( I will prime for 4-6 weeks in terms of diet so I am expecting to be 185 at time of initial inj)

    Previous cycles: ( 5) Please don’t list I should have better stats for 5 cycles unless knowing my starting stats or journey to get where I am.

    Goal: Add LBM maintain bf%( if my percantage lowers that be cool too but this will be more explained in diet after I go over that in the Nutrition section with the boys over there)
    Over all 200-205 at 12% ( this would leave me in a great position to hit up a good cutter in fall and dip into the low 190s in single digit body fat)

    Test prop 150 EOD week 1-8
    Tren A 100 EOD week 1-8
    Var 60 ED week 1-6
    Aromasin 10mg/ED (1-8)
    HCG 250iu 2X p/week (1-8)

    PCT 4 days later(?)
    Tamox 20mg/ED (40mg/ED week 1) 4 weeks
    Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED week 1) 4 weeks

    Also running cjc1295 w/o DAC 100 3xED / ghrp-6 100 3xED, will continue this protocol through cycle, And will have been on it for 4 months prior to start.


    Things I need advice on :
    Prop dosage: Most people running short ester tren A, I tend to see running the test lower than Tren, slightly above hrt levels. I may be too high on this but In terms of mg I know I react well to right around 500 in terms of feeling well, on another note I have never done a short ester test. Your views are welcome.
    Tren A dosage: I see many range from 75 EOD to 150, I feel good with this number and would only switch it if we decided to change the test amount, your thoughts are welcome
    Var: I would think to follow this protocol all the way to week 8, honestly I just didn’t want to drop any more money. I can easily obtain it and have funds just wondering if the 2 weeks will make a difference? pros/cons type deal
    Aromasin: I am not prone to gyno but looking to still keep estrogen controlled would this be a good amount?

    Rough calculations

    190 @ 12% bf = 167lbs LBM
    167 x 15 = 2505 rough maintenance calories.
    Target calories 3100-3200
    Macro 50/30/20

    macros will switch on my 2 off days ( will seek advice )

    Tren has some very harsh sides that some seem to not be able to handle. Have you considered just prop,mast and var?

    That was In a few of my top choices. I feel my bf% is not low enough for mast to help very much. Usually works great in single digit bf%

    pct 4 days after last pin. Also drop tren 4-5 days before the prop.
    Keep in mind bro that tren is a monster and can have some pretty nasty sides. I'm running 125mg eod and have night sweats insomnia and cardio is close to out of the question due to shortness of breath. Some ppl can't take the sides and it should be researched in detail before making the final decision.

    Are the Ace sides much worse than enanthate ? ( i have heard they can be)

    Your cycle looks fine. No one can tell you how to dose your test tren that will be optimal for you, you just have to use trial and error and adjust. I like tren high and test low to minimize sides and for lean gains but I also like them both high when bulking and i can handle the mind fvck it causes.

    I'd run the var all the way through, well actually if it was me I'd be running mast instead lol

    Thanks for your opinion, hope the sides dont kick my ace!! cool i never tried short ester anything before, quite excited i dont have to wait 5 weeks to see/feel changes!!

    Ya I've written off long esters cycles due to the fact my goals aren't of what warrants the gains you get from them. Ya got to pin more but but it kicks fast and you can recover fast. Win win in my book. The sides from ace are a bit much but you just learn to deal with them. It's worth the strength and gains tren had to offer. I will be running it many times to come.
