My First Cycle Waiting for advice....
Hello, my English is not very good! Sometimes I need to use google translate.
Age: 20
Height: 187cm
Weight: 70-72kg alterable
Bodyfat: %20-25 alterable
Experience: 2 years
Goals: 78-80kg - appearance of bulk
6-7 meals a day. KGx3g protein, x4.5g karbo, x1.5g fat
1 year using whey,sometimes creatin. I use constantly multivit.
The first will be dry, so afraid of high doses.
Thought to as:
200 Primo - 250 Susta * 8week (once a week for injection)
After 14 days of cycle 40/40/20/20 Nolva. 75/50/50/25 Clom + Tribulus and ZMA
B-complex every day. Multi-Vit evey day
Drugs were provided
Proviron in a cycle necessary?
PCT appropriate?
I'm open to different ideas, thanks!

Bro you only been training for 2 years.This isnt a very long time.Your bf is on the high side which tells me you need to work on your diet.Then you are only 20 yrs old your endo system is still undeveloped.You can do serious damage to yourself cycling at such a early age.You risk ED loss of libdo and depression.I would suggest going to the diet section and learning how to eat.And build a solid base in the mean time.Then in 4 or 5 yrs you will be ready.Good luck bro.

+Looking at your cycle plan, you need a LOT more reading to do before even considering AAS.

Try the nutrition forum to help get your diet straightened out. You can slim down and gain muscle purely by getting that right while your young. No need for test as you currently have plenty.

I agree with these guys. You need to train for longer and build a good base. Also, you really have to work on that body fat coming down to at least 18% but that's just me. I don't like to cycle if I'm over 15%.
As far as the cycle goes, you're gonna do whatever you wanna do anyway. But sust once a week is pointless. I used it on the cycle I jut finished and I pinned every 3 days. Once a week just won't do much good. Has to be at least 2x a week at 250mg each pin.
To also need to look into using an AI such as adex at .25mg EoD. And some HCG twice a week at 250iu per injection.
Your cycle needs a lot of work as do you before you're ready for anything. Please listen to our advice and at least get a proper cycle if nothing else...

I think a little more reading and research would benefit you, particularly for someone your age. Your natural testosterone levels are sky high right now. I would concentrate on taking advantage of that as you can make tremendous gains in following few short years.
It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing, and then perhaps look at using AAS.
Its also important to understand what it is your putting into your body and the associated roles these compounds play, and the dreaded side effects that are bound to creep up on you - especially if you didn’t do your homework. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for a host of unwanted side affects including premature closure of your growth plates, Erectile Dysfunction, Gynecomastia (b*tch t*ts), and more..

OP, you really must learn how to diet.
I can't imagine what you look like at 6'1 and weighing 154lbs with ^20% bodyfat.

Besides, if your diet and training sucks anyway.... Steroids will do no good anyway. Ya, you old put on some muscle. But you'll also load up on more fat and have a good chance to lose what you gained
