    Second cycle choices - NPP or Tren A? Need advice

    Hey guys. I can't decide what to do with my second cycle so I would like some advice.

    Current stats
    Height: 179cm (5'11")
    Weight: 94kg (~207lbs)
    BF%: ~12%
    Age: 23
    Training XP: 7 years (only been bodybuilding for the last 3)
    Cycle XP: 1 (classic 500mg/pw of Test-E for 12 weeks)

    I just did a slow 3 month cut so I'm a bit lighter than usual. My weight was measured in the morning after going to toilet and before breakfast, still need to add my water weight back.

    Cycle #1
    Week 1 – 10: Test Prop (150mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 9: NPP (100mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 10: Arimidex (0.25mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 10: HCG (2 x 250iu p/w)
    Prami + letro on hand!

    Cycle #2
    Week 1 – 10: Test Prop (100-150mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 10: Tren A (75mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 10: Arimidex (0.25mg EOD)
    Week 1 – 10: HCG (2 x 250iu p/w)
    Prami + letro on hand!

    Both cycles would be followed by the following PCT 3 days after last injection
    Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
    Clomid - 100/100/50/50

    What I want from this cycle
    This will be a lean bulk cycle. I'm hoping to stay below 15% while packing on as much lean mass as possible.


    Anyone's thoughts, opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I recommend cycle 1. Solid cycle and npp is a better start than tren right now.

    I would vote for cycle one. NPP with test would be a good "next step" Tren is a really "BIG BEAR" Get some more cycles in bro

    First cycle was pretty good, probably could have been better though.

    Started at 106kg (not sure what bf%, was far from lean though) went up to 110kg by the 5th week. At this stage I gained lean mass and lost about 2-3" off my waist. Eventually got up to 114kg (bit extra bf% but not quite as high as when I started) by the end of the 12th week. Strength gains were amazing.

    After PCT I was about 110.5kg and leaner than when I started, also stronger and noticebly had more mass.

    Very nice layout...thank you for the important details! Obviously the first thing I have to touch on is your age and the dangers associated with AAS use when it's possible your endocrine system is still developing!

    That aside because I'm going to assume you don't give rats ass...I would just run another solid test cycle! There really is no great need to start throwing other compounds in at this early stage in the game! Especially a 19nor that come with a whole host of unwamted sides for many! Test is a safe and very effective option!

    Now...since I am guessing you will ignore that as well...I agree with Petre...I love the idea of ppl using Deca /NPP as their first 19nor experience! It's a great way og gauging your response without possibly ending up being "in over your head"!

    I would jut run it again then. Bulk with it. good luck.

    Just have some questions regarding prami:
    1. When will I know when to start taking it?
    2. If I need to take it, how much should I be taking and for how long?

    This is why you should run another nice Test cycle..like Austin said...eat over maintenance and bulk with it! In the mean time...you can study and learn about the other compounds instead of trying to learn on the fly after shit hits the fan!

    There is noooo shame in running just test! After using multi compounds including a number of tren cycles...I'm going back to a Test cycle soon!

    I'd go with the NPP. You should save tren for a few cycles down the road when you've go the experience and are ready for the big guy! Certainly what I'm doing

    Probably better to try the NPP if you have to add something.

    Can you get Test E or C? I really prefer the long esters for 12-14 on a bulk....

    This will give you everything you seek with hard training and good diet! Save the heavy compounds for down the road when you hit a wall!

    Certainly nothing wrong w/that either. Test only cycles are easy and they do produce results. There's a reason we say "test is best."

    I can get Test E or C however I already have enough Test P ready to go. Like I mentioned above my experience with my first cycle was good (Test E) but I would like to try a short ester cycle to see which one I prefer.

    It certainly would work fine for 10 weeks....just get your diet checked in nutrition and make it an even more successful cycle than your first one!

    Everyone seems to thing they need to bump doses or add compounds with each cycle but that is complete BS! There is plenty of time down the road when the gains are harder to come by with your test dose and cycle!

    Ok great, thanks for the helpful input guys.

    Yeah my diet and training are generally pretty solid, however half way through my first cycle my studies raped me of my time and I also became quite stressed. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing this time around!
