I've never really incorporated it into my cycles mainly because it was hard to find. A new source has it and was wondering how important is it to take during cycle. I think I read the protocol is 250 IU's 2x per week. Also, not really familiar how it comes. I see I can get 5000 iu vails. How does that split up? I'm guessing you have to mix it with BA water or something to get the right ratio, right?
