Localized injections....
So I'll be starting localized IGF-1 Lr3 and BPC 157 injections in my right rhomboid in the coming weeks and I was wondering just how "I" would administer them. Should it be directly into the muscle or should the person giving me the shot try a sub q method?

Should it still be localized or would it matter? My understanding of sub q injections is that you're injecting the drugs systemically so whatever chemicals you're using are going to be distributed evenly throughout the body.
I would assume IM isn't that much different...if at all.
