    1st Cycle ?'s Test/Tren

    i plan to start a 11 week test e cycle in the next couple weeks, and possibly tren e along with for the last 4 weeks. i have a few concerns with possibly being gyno and side prone a little more than most so i have a couple questions about pct, timing, and dosage for being as cautious as possible. im still building my cycle schedule but so far im thinking
    wk1-11 300wk test e, slowly working up to 4-450 wk. pin 2X wk
    wk6-10 250 tren e wk. suggestions?
    i was thinking arimidex on cycle and would like advice on PCT youd reccomend.

    Tren e for 4 weeks is a waste and should not be a part of your 1st cycle.

    What are your full stats including body fat percentage?

    Drop the tren for a first cycle. Test only is more than enough for a first go with juice.

    Tren is a bit more than you are bargaining for at this point man. I'm looking at it for my 3rd cycle and it still scares me a bit

    x4 no tren and if you think running tren E for 4 weeks at the end of your cycle then you really should wait on your first cycle until you are more educated about how a cycle should be run. Doesnt matter if it's Test, deca , tren, mast or ??? there are some basic rules you always follow.

    Then I will take your advice and wait on the Tren . Ill just stick with the Test e for this cycle. And I'm 21, 6' 2 and 165. Unsure about BF. I have been regularly going to the gym for almost 2 years now and have been reading up on AAS for a year now. I'd just like to get all the extra advice I can before I start. Do you think arimidex is a good choice to take on cycle, and nolva for pct?

    Welcome.

    Like the others have said; You need to learn how to eat. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.

    You need to learn to eat properly before you learn to use AAS. Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

    At your age you can make great gains w/proper diet and more experience in the gym. That's where it all starts. So, if those are lacking you will not only get minimal results, but you will be taking big chances w/your endocrine system. I suggest you stay natty for a few more years and learn many different lifting techniques and diets to accommodate.

    You're 165lbs??? Dude eat anything you can get your hands on that has some protein in it! Like some of the other posters have said, you need a solid base of muscle first, then take your body to the next level. What would end of happening is you get up to 190 at the peak of your cycle then lose 15 pounds a month after your cycle ends. EAT, EAT, EAT. TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN!!!

    Ya know everyone has said it, They have said it all. At your age, and your height you need to train hard and eat harder. When I was young and skinny I ate EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. You just don't know how much weight and size you can gain naturally at your stats. You won't be able to keep up with what your body demands will be if doing aas now. These guys can help you with a good diet but you first have to get it in your mind to EAT, EAT, EAT and train like a beast. good luck ...crazy mike

    I'll be a little cynical here. Don't bother telling this "kid" he's too young, too light. too inexpierenced, etc. He needs to start eating. His mind is made up. He's gonna cycle up.
    Nothing against u "Koop". But I think ur mind is made up. At ur age, ur insane to start cycling. Just my $.02. At ur height, with a good bulking diet, u could be lean and mean.
