new to juice, need feedback

hey guys, sorry about posting in the wrong place. im shaun, ive got 2000mg test cyp in 10ml vial. took my 1st shot out of a single vial dose 200mg. im wondering what type of split should i use to get the best out of my juice.im thinking 200mg a week for 10 weeks, whats your advise? oh, im 6'0 185, 35 years old, lifting for 5 years, 5 and 6 days a week. isolate each muscle group once a week. plenty of protein, 5 or 6 small meals a day and protein supplements. thanks.

200mg a week isn't much of a cycle, That's a very low dose of test.

i could probably go a little higher, but im scared i might not tolerate it very well, next time ill go 5 or 6 per week, would upping it to 400 mg after 4th week for a couple weeks help a little? thanks for the feedback

You dont have enough for a cycle.

You need to do some more research.

IMO you are wasting money and shutting yourself down for nothing if you are only running 200mgs.
