    Udca

Is there any independent research that proves this is a superior liver support or are we just going by the sponsors word?

Everyone is different, it may work better for you than it does for me. I use NAC, its cheap, readily available and does an outstanding job.

Yep. And people are quick to criticize MT. But i know for a fact (via blood work) it helped me. Liv-52 is supposed to be good as well. But i stick w/MT because the doc's approved my levels had significantly decreased.

Ya I'm getting liv 52. I already use NAC and another general liver support from Walmart. I think all that along with Mt I won't need UDCA and my liver will be great

I use TUDCA but its $33 per bottle. I started using it after reading Atomini's thread on liver protection. It would be nice to find something as effective but cheaper.....
