What do you want your e2 at? AI

On your AI of choice what e2 level do you shoot for? How much AI was needed? If checked what was your e2 on cycle w/o an AI?

You want it in normal range (10-40, I think).

I always thought in normal range to (10-70$. I read some long posts from Ronnie Rowland saying he never takes an AI and likes the benefits of high e2 on cycle. Kinda goes against everything everyone else says but it's Ronnie so who's gonna argue?

$70! That's expensive! I mean high (not out of control, just high) My bloodwork range at my clinic shows <30 . (away from zero of course.) So pretty much what bonaparte said.

Keep in mind, how you feel is equally important.

The average healthy male typically sits around 25-35. But you may feel great at 15, yet i would feel like dying if i were that low. Conversely, you may feel terrific at 35 or even 40+, but i would be breaking out in acne, moody, and experiencing ED, at that unusually high level, for me.

Everyone is different, no doubt. But how you feel is a huge factor as well.

I feel good currently with a high e2. I am struggling to not have pimples on my shoulders and back. You think e2 is that closely related to acne?

My last bw had my E2 at 40 on the LabCorp scale of 3-70 and I felt pretty good. But like MK said it really depends on how you feel. E2 bw is not real expensive so you could experiment to find your sweet spot.

20-30 is pretty good for most men. Above 40 for a lot of men can be problematic...you start getting into really high numbers like 70 and in most cases this won't be a good thing at all.

I have always had e2 on the higher side. And also I have always had a little acne on shoulders and back. I am excited to get it in check and see if it kills my acne. That would be amazing
