    how much taurine

    About how much taurine does one want to take a day when on clen ? Can get in pill form or powder that is 3 g a serving

    You can find the powder for cheap on ebay. The pills get pricey when taking 5 grams per day. And the powder disolves well in water and doesn't taste too bad.

    Just because your taking clen or other anabolic s that are know to cause cramps, doesn't mean you automatically take taurine, take it when and if you need it, some ppl do not. Personally i had to start taking it when taking anavar or winni, I started off at 3g ed then tapered down to 1g ed and is still working fine.
