    Clen , caffeine and green tea extract

    After advices that i token here , i decided to give up T3 from my new cycle for cutting
    so what's your opinion in this

    Clen : 120mcg ED ( 2 week on - 2 week off )
    Caffeine : approx 2 - 3 tabs ED ( 200mg per tab )
    Green tea extract : approx 2 - 3 caps ED ( 400mg per cab )

    green tea is waster in term of fat burning imo

    And I wouldnt take any caffeine or any other stimulant(except t3) with clen ... its enough powerfull on itself

    But i'm 19 years old and a lot of people here advice me to keep away from t3 ..

    Thanks.

    But at 19 you should be able to do what ever you want w/proper training and diet. You will see results if you take your time!

    weight : 80kg
    height : 6'0
    training exp : 1 year
    diet : 5 meal per day about 1200-1500 calorie , high protein , low carb
    cardio : 4-5 times per week about 30 minutes ( hiit ) on empty stomach at morning

    - But i have a very very very stubborn fat on my stomach

    belly fat is just like any other fat. it will still burn off with diet and cardio. good luck.

    Green tea is excellent. For the last 2 years I've been taking at least 2 liters daily as part of my liquid intake, so keep that in your diet! I'd certainly lose the clen .

    Your first comment is your opinion, have you tried it? Have you tried it in conjunction with caffeine against using neither? Caffeine and green tea work synergistically with the mobilisation and utilisation if fat cells. It the safest and cheapest option for people who are happy with slow losses.

    Your second paragraph is correct, there is no way in he'll you would want to add caffeine to clen .

    OP we are in the process of changing your diet, do that properly and add some cardio and you will see your required losses.

    meal 1 ( breakfast ) : 5 egg whites + 1 whole wheat bread + 1 orange
    meal 2 : 1 large can of tuna + 1 banana
    meal 3 ( launch ) : 150-200g of beef or chicken + 4 tbsp of white rise + kind of vegetables
    meal 4 ( pre worout ) : 1 whole wheat bread + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp jam
    meal 5 ( post workout ) : 1 large can of tuna + 1 banana
    meal 6 ( dinner ) : cottage cheese + salad + 1 whole wheat bread + 1 tbsp olive oil
