    Help and advice

Good evening I need some help deciding. I am still confused after reading information about steroids . I'll give some bit of information about myself first. I am 21 years old about 5'8 and weigh 115 lbs with about 4% body fat, yes I know pretty skinny. I am in my third month of lifting from which I have gained a little over 3 lbs. I have seen a significant increase in my strength from the first month, more than I thought but any real body builder would probably think different. I take Kre-alkalyn suggested amount only and drink 2 whey protein shakes a day. I also try to eat 2000-3000 calories day. My lifting routine is as follows, 5-6 days a week 1 rest day, I do legs, arms, chest, back, shoulder, and cardio on different days while working other muscles groups as well.

Before I ask, I am well aware of the consequences and do not plan on abusing or using for long time. I only plan on doing this for about 3 months and then stopping.
So if anyone would care to answer few of my questions. What do I buy or should I buy? Any suggestions or links you can give?

Please edit your last line. This is NOT a source board so please do not ask where to get steroids . Doing so will result in your removal from the board and we wouldn't want that.

Not many people are going to recommend a cycle. The biggest reason you aren't gaining is your nutrition plan. I you don't eat enough to facilitate growth, you won't. Steroids won't correct poor or inadequate nutrition.

You should post an example of your daily meal plan in the nutrition sub forum for our experts to evaluate your diet.

Sorry OP. I jumped the gun on your last line. I misread that as you asking for source links. My apologies if that's not your intent.

Here are some links for your education

Its cool. I was reading about cycles, only thing is that I have no idea what steroids to buy and what to buy with them, for example Gynocomastia, you take anti estrogens to prevent breast tissue. So what type of steroids do I take while taking the anti estrogens. My diet is not the best but I recently started to make it strict but I will post in the nutrition section for advice

Make sure you pay special attention to the 2nd link...

Only think you should be worried about is diet and training unless you dont mind being a laughing stock of everyone you know for gaining some muscle on cycle then loosing it all quicker than you gained it.

steroids will do you NO good until you get your diet fixed. No this does not mean you fix it and start using aas at the same time. This means you do NOT use any type of aas until you are well over 170 lbs.

Yeah yeah yeah you are a hard gainer. Never heard that one before, except a dozen times a day. Yeah so was I at your age until I figured out just how bad my diet really was. No it's not how much you eat or even just what you eat but it's a combination of how much, what and when.

Go visit the nutrition center and start learning how to grow. you will get more out of it than you ever will trying to use aas at this time.

Ya like I said in my previous post I made my diet strict but I am going to take advice and stick with it. Appreciate the advice, but my genes are not the best and I probably will never be 170 or near it highest I ever weighed was about 120, back in 2008 in wrestling. One last question, if I ate right; protein, carbs, g fats would it still help if I took aas as well. I am probably going to do one cycle and stop and workout no help of any aas

EDIT:Once I stop taking aas I still plan on having intense workouts 5-6 days a week and eating right so I won't lose the muscle gained.

Wana bet? With a decent diet and training 3x+ a week you can easily get there but it wont be over night and will take you a few years with or without aas. The difference is with proper diet you wont have to worry about the aas side effects such as extreme acne, night sweats, oily skin, bloating, ED and rapid muscle loss after cycle.

Ive been here several years and I'm still learning about diet. I THOUGHT I knew how to eat and gain when I was early 20s. I worked out almost 2hrs a day, 6 days a week. In other words I over trained and my diet sucked because a lot of the food I ate was empty calories. Start eating 6x a day, eating 2-3 chicken breast a day, steak, lots of vegetables, fish, tuna etc. Do NOT substitute real food for protein drinks.

If you really want to gain forget gear and eat forget 2-3000 calories bump it up eat 4000 even more if you can get it down eat every 2 hours eat lots of protien lots of carbs hell even load up fats (good ones of course) 95% of people who say I can't gain simply don't eat anywhere near enough and putting aas in your body isn't going to fix this you can get to 170 natural be patient you said you have only been training for 3 months stick to 1 year natural eat like a starving African child at an all you can eat buffet come back in a year and if you hasn't gained then I'll eat my words

You won't stop after just that one cycle. You don't understand that statement because you haven't cycled before but no one that I know who has jumped the big gray line has stopped after one cycle unless it caused health issues (never happened, just throwing that in as a good reason not to do it anymore that would be compelling enough for any sane person to adhere to that promise)

Hence the importance of making sure all of your other ducks are in a row before you take the plunge.

That sounds so much like my early years I thought I wrote it!

    To the OP:
At 21 (1991) I was 155lbs after training for about 18 mos. Naturally. I started at 19 weighing 135ish, wearing wet clothes. I'm 6 feet tall. I looked sick at 135, not in the good way. I too used to say my 'natural' weight was 135 - 140. I worked out and eventually hit 200. I quit working out for almost 10 years... When I went back to the gym last year I weighed 240, a bit chunky but my arms and legs still pretty lean. The extra weight was all torso. Now I'm getting hard again and still weigh 235ish depending on time of day so I would say that my body has been reprogrammed to a 'natural bodyweight' of around 210 if I was a little leaner.

Proof that your body can and will be permanently changed but you have to work your butt off. No amount of drugs will replace hard workouts, good diet, and personal focus. I'll bet many in here have similar stories.

Good post and example for the OP, JM.
