    First Cycle

I am going to run my first cycle in a week or so.
My plan is to run 20mg Anavar ED and run test with it.

Question... Is there a difference between the different types of test?
Is one better than the others?
Does one have worse side effect?

    Thanks

20mg of anavar daily won't really do anything. What's your current bf%? The lower your starting bf, the better the results.

Test esters differ in length, half lives, injection frequencies, time to reach peak concentrations.

Agree with Dr. Ink above. A cup of coffee would do you better than 20mg of var.

However, I don't think you should cycle anything at all. 31% body fat will only bring amplified and very difficult to manage side effects. You will not see anything change in the mirror. I would consider heavy cardio and a visit to our nutrition section for some diet help.

    Best of luck.

thanks... working on the bf now (since Feb)...

knocked 400 cals from my diet and cardio 5 times a week... still not seeing much results (lost a whopping 2.5lbs) since the beginning of Feb.
I was hopping that adding the Var might help with the weight loss while at the same time giving me some definition....

No it wont - not even close.

Lets see if your TDEE is correct - maybe its not so accurate.

    6ft, 236lbs, 31% BF

    236x31%=73.16
    236-73.16=162.84

    LBMX15+TDEE - Therefor 162.84X15= 2442.6

Is 2442 what you used to determine your caloric deficit?

I got closer to 2142. I am trying to keep my cal at or just under 1700 per day.

(I used the calculator on http://www.health-calc.com/diet/ener...iture-advanced) which may or may not be a good one.

Online calculators are notorious for presenting higher caloric values. But for some reason this one has done the opposite. I can only attribute that to you choosing a lower activity level than you're actually burning. OR, your diet needs attention.

List you current diet including macros please. Lets have a peek at it.

My job has me pretty sedimentary. I am a manager for a food manufacturing company. So I sit a t a desk for 8 of the 10 hours I am at work. I try to get to the gym every night to do 30 minutes of treadmill. This is why I am trying to keep my cals down.

As far as an official diet... I am just watching what I eat and not snacking.

Breakfast is a protein shake such as musclemilk
Lunch is (mon-thur) 2 sandwhiches and tea
Fri is the only day I splurge on lunch
Sat-Sun Bowl of cereal (shredded wheat), maybe lunch (sandwich again) and a sensible dinner with mostly vegetables.

2.5 lbs in 2 months? You should address this, because something youre doing is not working as well as it should be. You should be having greater results than that.

No sweat - I responded to your PM. Take your time and iron it out. When you're finished, post it up here.
