    creatine and AS

    IM just beggning my third week of sustanon 250 and i was thinking about starting creatine loading, should i wait till im off the sust? or take it now?

    Either. I take it post cycle to keep my strength gains, but you can take it during, but again, I prefer post cycle.

    well if i take it b4 cycle wont my strength still be gaining from the creatine? will it help my juice gain?
